The Annie Belle Boutique showroom operates by appointment only, which means your visit is private and tailored to your needs. Here's what happens during a typical showroom appointment:
When you arrive, you'll be greeted by Zeina, who will ask about your wedding date, venue, and overall aesthetic. If you have photos of your bridal gown or bridesmaids' dresses, bring them — they help us recommend styles and colours that will complement your bridal party.
You'll explore the collection. We have over 300 gowns in a range of styles, fabrics, and sizes — from classic ivory satin to soft blush tulle, structured mikado to delicate lace. We will pull options based on your preferences.
Your flower girls can try dresses on in a comfortable, private setting. We'll check fit, comfort, and movement, making sure the dress works for a child who'll be wearing it for several hours. If sizing adjustments are needed, we can discuss alterations or custom options.
If you're interested in custom design, we will show you fabric options, discuss customisation possibilities, and provide a quote based on your specific requirements.
Once you've chosen a dress (or decided to move forward with a custom order), we'll confirm sizing, timeline, and next steps. You can purchase on the day or place an order for pick-up or delivery.
Appointments typically run 30 minutes for one flower girl or up to 60 minutes for two or more flower girls. There's no pressure to buy on the day — if you need time to think or consult with others, that's completely fine.

Annie Belle Boutique is located in Rossmore, in Sydney's south-west. The showroom is easily accessible from Liverpool, Campbelltown, Camden, and surrounding suburbs, with free parking available on-site.

Can I Visit If I'm Not in Sydney?
Yes — brides travel from across NSW and interstate to visit the showroom, especially if they're considering a custom dress or want to see the full collection in person. If you're travelling from outside Sydney, let us know when you book and we'll make sure to allocate extra time for your appointment.
If you can't visit in person, we also offer video or phone call consultations for interstate and international clients. We'll guide you through the collection virtually and arrange shipping to your location.
Do I Need to Bring My Flower Girls to the Appointment?
It's helpful if they can attend, as it allows us to check fit and comfort properly, but it's not essential, especially for very young children (under 3) who may find a long appointment difficult.
If you can't bring your flower girls, we can work from accurate measurements and photos. We'll guide you through measuring at home.
What Should I Bring to My Appointment?

What If I Can't Find What I'm Looking For?
If none of our ready-made gowns are quite right, we offer custom design services. We can create a made-to-order dress tailored to your exact specifications — your colour, fabric, silhouette, and details. Custom dresses start from $450 and take approximately 12 weeks from consultation to delivery.

How long does a showroom appointment take?
Typically 30-60 minutes. Please ensure you arrive on time as each appointment is made back to back.
Do I need to buy on the day?
No — there's no pressure. You can take time to think, consult with your partner or family, and return or order later if you prefer.
Can I bring other people with me?
Yes — but please try to limit the amount of people attending the booking as it can get quite overwhelming for the young girls. The seating space is also limited. If you would like to bring more than 5 people including the flowergirl please let us know upon booking.
What sizes are available?
We stock sizes for children aged 1–14, including toddler, child, and tween sizes. If you need a size outside our standard range, we offer custom sizing. Christening gowns come in newborn- toddler sizes.
Can I purchase a dress the same day?
Yes, if the dress is in stock and the size is available. If we need to order in your size, we'll arrange for you to come back at a later date or we will organise delivery.
Do you offer alterations?
We can recommend trusted local seamstresses for alterations, or discuss custom sizing if significant adjustments are needed.
