What's your return policy?
We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The dress must be unworn with tags attached. Custom and made-to-order dresses are final sale unless faulty.

What sizes do you carry?
We stock sizes for children aged 0–14, including toddler, child, and tween sizes. If standard sizing doesn't work, we offer custom sizing and made-to-order options.
How do I book a showroom appointment?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. For custom orders, a 20% deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
