If you wish to exchange or refund an item(s) you will need to make sure of the following:

Contact has been made via Email to anniebelleboutique@hotmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

The item(s) is in its original purchase condition and is unworn, unmarked, and with the label still attached.

Retain the original receipt/invoice for proof of purchase.

Annie Belle Boutique reserves the right to charge for the full cost of the product, if the gown is worn or damaged in any way.
